I decided to start a blog about real estate in Madison from the gay client point of view. Over the past 15 years, my partner, Devery Cash and I have built a strong business helping gay and lesbian homebuyers through the search and purchase process. Our team is dedicated to giving the best customer service to everyone from the initial search through to the offer creation and negotiation all the way to closing.
We've been life partners for 9 years and active business partners for the past 5 years. Devery really runs the day to day operation of the real estate team. I work with 3 Keller Williams Realty offices in Madison and Wausau Wisconsin serving as the Operating Principal, Broker and a trainer for over 250 real estate agents in Wisconsin.
